1. Chúng tôi là ai

Chính sách này áp dụng cho ứng dụng SimuSpeak (Android, iOS) và các dịch vụ đi kèm do SimuSpeak ("chúng tôi") phát triển và vận hành. SimuSpeak là ứng dụng luyện nói ngoại ngữ, dùng trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) để chấm điểm ước tính và góp ý cho câu trả lời của bạn.

2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

• Thông tin tài khoản: tên hiển thị, email, mật khẩu (nếu đăng ký bằng email). Nếu đăng nhập bằng Google hoặc Apple, chúng tôi nhận tên, email và mã tài khoản mà Google/Apple cho phép chia sẻ.
• Thiết lập học tập: ngôn ngữ đang luyện, trình độ, mục tiêu, ngày dự thi, múi giờ và ngôn ngữ giao diện.
• Giọng nói và bài làm: bản ghi âm câu trả lời khi bạn làm bài, văn bản chuyển từ lời nói, điểm số và nhận xét.
• Hoạt động trong app: lịch sử bài làm, điểm, chuỗi ngày học, huy hiệu, thứ hạng.
• Thiết bị: mã nhận thông báo, loại thiết bị và hệ điều hành, địa chỉ IP.
• Giao dịch mua: thông tin gói Premium và giao dịch. Chúng tôi không nhận số thẻ hay thông tin đăng nhập ngân hàng của bạn.

Chúng tôi không thu thập danh bạ, vị trí, ảnh, tin nhắn hay dữ liệu sức khoẻ của bạn.

3. Chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu để làm gì

• Tạo và quản lý tài khoản, đăng nhập, khôi phục mật khẩu.
• Chấm điểm, góp ý và gợi ý bài luyện dựa trên câu trả lời của bạn.
• Hiển thị lịch sử, tiến bộ và bảng xếp hạng.
• Gửi thông báo về kết quả và nhắc học (bạn tắt được trong app).
• Kích hoạt gói Premium và hỗ trợ khách hàng.
• Giữ an toàn cho dịch vụ, chống gian lận và sửa lỗi.

Chúng tôi không dùng giọng nói hay bài làm của bạn để quảng cáo và không bán dữ liệu cá nhân cho bất kỳ ai.

4. Dữ liệu được chia sẻ với ai

Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ dữ liệu ở mức cần thiết với các loại đối tác sau:

• Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ AI: để chuyển giọng nói thành văn bản và chấm điểm bài làm.
• Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng (máy chủ, gửi email, thông báo đẩy): để vận hành app.
• Google và Apple: khi bạn đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google/Apple, và khi mua Premium qua Google Play hoặc App Store.
• Đối tác quảng cáo (Google AdMob): người dùng miễn phí có thể tự chọn xem quảng cáo để nhận lượt chấm. Khi đó AdMob có thể thu thập mã quảng cáo và thông tin thiết bị theo chính sách của Google.

Các đối tác này chỉ được dùng dữ liệu để cung cấp dịch vụ cho chúng tôi. Người dùng khác chỉ thấy tên hiển thị, ảnh đại diện và điểm của bạn trên bảng xếp hạng. Chúng tôi có thể cung cấp dữ liệu khi cơ quan có thẩm quyền yêu cầu theo quy định pháp luật.

5. Thời gian lưu dữ liệu

• Bản ghi âm: xoá sau khi chấm xong.
• Tài khoản và kết quả học tập: giữ trong thời gian bạn còn dùng tài khoản, xoá khi bạn yêu cầu xoá tài khoản.
• Hồ sơ giao dịch mua: giữ trong thời hạn pháp luật yêu cầu.

6. Bảo mật

Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức phù hợp để bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn, bao gồm mã hoá kết nối và giới hạn quyền truy cập. Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; nếu xảy ra sự cố ảnh hưởng tới dữ liệu của bạn, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo theo quy định pháp luật.

7. Quyền truy cập trên thiết bị

• Micro: để ghi âm câu trả lời khi bạn làm bài.
• Thông báo: để báo kết quả và nhắc học.

Bạn có thể thu hồi các quyền này trong phần Cài đặt của điện thoại bất cứ lúc nào.

8. Quyền của bạn

Theo pháp luật về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, bạn có quyền:

• Xem và sửa thông tin cá nhân của mình.
• Yêu cầu cung cấp bản sao dữ liệu.
• Rút lại sự đồng ý, hạn chế xử lý hoặc yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu.
• Khiếu nại về cách chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu.

9. Xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu

Gửi email tới [email protected] từ địa chỉ email đăng ký tài khoản với tiêu đề Xoá tài khoản SimuSpeak. Tài khoản và dữ liệu liên quan sẽ được xoá trong vòng 30 ngày, trừ hồ sơ giao dịch phải giữ theo mục 5.

Xoá tài khoản không tự huỷ gói đăng ký trên Google Play hoặc App Store. Hãy tắt tự động gia hạn trong mục Đăng ký của cửa hàng để không bị trừ tiền tiếp.

10. Trẻ em

SimuSpeak không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu bạn biết một trẻ em đã cung cấp dữ liệu cho chúng tôi, hãy liên hệ [email protected] để chúng tôi xoá.

11. Thay đổi chính sách

Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày "Cập nhật lần cuối". Với thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trong app.

This policy applies to the SimuSpeak app (Android, iOS) and related services developed and operated by SimuSpeak ("we"). SimuSpeak is a language speaking practice app that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to give estimated scores and feedback on your answers.

2. Data we collect

• Account information: display name, email, password (email sign-up only). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the name, email and account identifier they allow us to access.
• Learning settings: language you practice, level, goals, exam date, time zone and interface language.
• Voice and answers: recordings of your answers during tests, transcripts, scores and feedback.
• App activity: test history, scores, streaks, badges, leaderboard rank.
• Device: notification token, device type and operating system, IP address.
• Purchases: your Premium plan and transaction details. We never receive your card number or banking credentials.

We do not collect your contacts, location, photos, messages or health data.

3. How we use data

• Create and manage your account, sign-in and password recovery.
• Score your answers, give feedback and suggest practice.
• Show your history, progress and leaderboards.
• Send result and study reminder notifications (you can turn them off in the app).
• Activate Premium and provide customer support.
• Keep the service safe, prevent fraud and fix bugs.

We do not use your voice or answers for advertising and do not sell personal data to anyone.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only as needed with the following types of partners:

• AI service providers: to transcribe speech and score your answers.
• Infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, push notifications): to run the app.
• Google and Apple: when you sign in with your Google/Apple account, and when you buy Premium through Google Play or the App Store.
• Advertising partner (Google AdMob): free users may choose to watch an ad to earn scoring credits. AdMob may then collect your advertising ID and device information under Google's policies.

These partners may use the data only to provide their services to us. Other users can only see your display name, avatar and score on leaderboards. We may disclose data when required by law.

5. Data retention

• Voice recordings: deleted after scoring.
• Account and learning results: kept while your account is active and deleted when you request account deletion.
• Purchase records: kept for the period required by law.

6. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

7. Device permissions

• Microphone: to record your answers during tests.
• Notifications: to tell you about results and remind you to practice.

You can revoke these permissions in your phone settings at any time.

8. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access and correct your personal information.
• Request a copy of your data.
• Withdraw consent, restrict processing or request deletion.
• Complain about how we handle your data.

9. Deleting your account and data

Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account with the subject Delete my SimuSpeak account. Your account and related data will be deleted within 30 days, except purchase records we must keep under section 5.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Turn off auto-renewal in the store's Subscriptions page to stop future charges.

10. Children

SimuSpeak is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update this page and the "Last updated" date. For significant changes we will notify you in the app.
